Disconnect in AI META ADS
Open the Meta page in the desktop application and choose Disconnect. This stops the current connection. If you used a manual token, clear the token from your local configuration.
Remove the app from Facebook
In Facebook, open Settings & privacy, Settings, Apps and Websites. Select AI META ADS, remove it, and confirm the removal of granted access.
Submit a deletion request
Email support@yanlinks.com from the address associated with your software account. Use the subject “AI META ADS Data Deletion Request” and include your account username and Meta User ID or Business ID when available. Never email an access token or password.

We acknowledge requests within 7 days and normally complete verified deletions within 30 days, unless retention is required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security obligations. We send confirmation when processing is complete.
